Scandal actress Kerry Washington is on the cover of the latest issue of Emmy magazine. Speaking of Scandal, Scott Foley who plays Olivia Pope’s love interest Jake Ballard has been promoted to a series regular on the hit show. Last time we saw him, he was being thrown into the pit by Olivia’s dad for disobeying orders.
