Bruno Mars Will Rock Dolce & Gabbana For Moonshine Jungle World Tour
They may be headed to prison for tax evasion in Italy, but Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana have landed a deal to create exclusive outfits for Bruno Mars for his Moonshine Jungle World Tour.
During the tour which kicks off on June 22 in in Washington DC, Bruno (shown arriving in DC) will rocks a couple of tuxedos and white shirts before changing into a bright red suit and an ocelot-printed shirt halfway through each show.
“Bruno’s style and music are so eclectic that oftentimes we have taken inspiration directly from his work to create looks that were at the same time in line with his very personal taste as well as with the DNA of Dolce&Gabbana,” said the duo in a statement. “With time, we have managed to establish with a him a relationship of absolute faith in each other and mutual trust, that allows us to create and work together in an atmosphere of complete harmony.”
The singer tweeted, “@dolcegabbana got us lookin slick for this tour! #LOOKOUT!”
The tour comes on the heels of the death of his mom Bernadette Hernandez and Bruno took time out to thank all his fans for their support.
“So thankful for all the love during the most difficult time in my life,” he tweeted. “I’ll be back on my feet again soon. Thats what mom wants, she told me.”
The Moonshine Jungle World Tour will feature Miguel as the supporting act.
